3: $5 Claimer.
2-Delightful Demi. High energy finish. Tends to place and show.
4- World Emissary. Can beat 'em sometimes.
6- Lusk. Ditto.
7- Flying Chance. Ditto.
9-Burky's Pride has the speed bias and post in what is otherwise a puzzler. He's 5/15.

4: Cheap maiden
12- Honour Roll if 5-1 or better. Fave Flying Excess is weak in stretch.

5: $8 Claimer.
Rarely do you see a race where the horses are this evenly matched. Look for 6-1 in this scramble. Doro's Don Juan and Double Shotgun should not be bet.

6: Maiden Claimer
Tropical Update, True High, Crazy Thing trifecta. Will pay cheap.

7: Claimer
3-Mindstone may be good enough to win from the back end. It looks like a desperate trainer is dropping him in to win. A win and claim would be $18G, or about half the horse's life earnings.
7-Mr. Ed. M. Underachieving grandson of the great Sunday Silence. Loves to play second fiddle, so why he'd be 9/2 to win I don't know.

8-Felon looks like he's closer to figuring it out than...

Anybody's race.

10: 1x mile. Late speed bias.
7-Angel's Share, likely fave. 0/7 at 1x now. Races wide and loses ground.
2-Hour Queen. Just missed a couple of times at 1x and a real contender.
4-La Moneda. Happened to win a slow claimer last time out, best race of life.
6-She Be Sunny. What's wrong with 5 for 12? Right, they were all cheap claimer wins, but she did just miss a similar recent allowance. ML of 8/1? I like it!

11: Fairway Fun $50. 8.5 furlongs, late run bias, inside and far outside are the best posts. This race is loaded with good longshots.
1-Sweetdownthelane. Definite contender. 5-1? Oh, if you could only bet MLs.
5-Delicate Dynamite. You can't exactly dismiss this horse, but most of her best races have been run in the slop. Got a chance, but 3-1 ML is much too skinny.
8-Fun Logic. Tough horse. Worth 6-1 easily.
9- Rayona. 10/1 is much too generous for a horse who is 6 for 13 lifetime and who won her last race, even if that was as result of a muddy pace freakout. Okay, she doesn't have a whole lot of classy wins, but my god, boys, 10-1?
12-Princess Composer 12/1 also won her last and is always in the pace battle somewhere. Don't you wish your horse was 13 wins in 20 starts? She's 6 for 9 at TP.

12: 1L Claimer, favors early speed, middle posts.
9-Gold Appeal will set pace and fade. It will be a fast pace.
The contenders:
1-Storming Sea 0/6 since maiden win. But these are a weak bunch. Rail post is a negative.
4-Flowcheck is a 4-1 shot here, listed at 8/1 ML. And has a win at TP.
5-Hackensack at 8-1 ML is probably overmatched by the invaders.
10-Desert West. Only best race of his life wins here, so 4-1 ML is way short.
