At the end of the day I find a machine and put them in one by one as "not a winner" keeps coming up.
Twice I had winners.
One was a late scratch in a tri back east that I missed because three tracks were running together.
When I leave early I check results the next day.
My favorite leaving early story: Missed the last legs of two nice P3 bets within seconds at GGF, one of which knocked me out of the first two legs of the local P6.
Went home and saw that I had won leg 3, big deal. Checked out HRTV,where I won final 3 for a consolation of $350.
Immediately drove to BM. Thought clerk would comment on amount or the fact it was from another track.
"One hundred, two hundred, three hundred , fifty. Anything else?"
