AQUEDUCT NOV. 24

..............................................
FORECAST: A CHALKY DAY
..............................................

1: Banrock (2-1)(3 wins) over the favored Winesmaster. (1 win) Exacta box.

2: Dixieland Star, whose only race was faster than par. Will be bet down, even without his partner Fire Marshall, who's also a contender. Dixieland would be a good key horse. Another Foose, Miller's Mint, Ring Bernadette and Groomed for Victory would fill out the trifecta. 1x4x3=$12.

3: Vacation alone and on top of Mr. Shortcake. None of the others have their speed/class.

4: It's a good idea to pass the worst race on the card. 15 Maidens entered, a notorious speed bias, and a giant clusterfuck guaranteed.

5: Now A Victor and Dr. V's Magic in a box.

6: Expect the End has never run a bad call. Her 3 wins were tougher races than Elusive Lady's two wins, despite the G3 designation. Key with Mushka, Be Fruitful and Elusive Lady. 1x3x2=$6.

7: Big Truck to win, exacta with Court Vision and in a trifecta with Atoned.

8: THE CIGAR. Midnight Lute, son of Real Quiet and grandson of Quiet American, off his BC performance, even from a bad post, even sprint to route, but price will be stupid. McLaughlin may bring back Daaher in shape, and that would make a nice straight exacta... certainly win betting is out of the question. Crowd may not toss Xchanger's last, and he could hit the board easily at a nice price. He and Naughty New Yorker would make a good trifecta filler.

9: No problem tossing ML darling Premier Perfection; bad post, long layoff, first try on turf. Munition with new trainer.
